Hippeastrum leucopardinum (often referred to as a species or related form native to South America) originates specifically from the rainy area of Ticucha, a region located between the tropics and the Andean foothills of Bolivia. Like the entire Hippeastrum genus, it belongs to the Amaryllidaceae family and is associated with the tropical and subtropical climates of South America.
Seedlings grown from seed are 6 months old and approximately 0.6 cm in diameter.
Shipping exclusively in plastic cups with soil.
